Gelatine is an odourless, tasteless and colourless thickening agent, which when dissolved in hot water and then cooled, forms a jelly. It's useful for many purposes such as jelling moulded desserts and salads, thickening cold soups and glazing pates. These gold-coloured paper-thin sheets of gelatine are easy to use and store. Packet of 6 sheets, totalling 10 grams. To use, soak the gelatine sheet in cold water until supple, then use as directed in the recipe.
